You need:
- 2 heads broccoli
- 1 head cauliflower
- 2.5 cups shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cup cranberries
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
- 1/2 cup raisins (if you want)
- 4-6 tbsp. lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
- Pure Maple Syrup to drizzle... this is what they use at WF, but I used a tiny bit of balsamic and called it a day. Your choice.
You Prepare:
1- In food processor: broccoli, cauliflower and carrots... Or chop into small piece and put all in a big bowl.
2- Add everything else
3- Drizzle with Maple syrup or balsamic vinegar
In a nutshell: vegan. gluten free. oil free. soy free.
What a salad.
